The COBB Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) + Hard Pipe Kit for your Focus RS is the easiest way to drastically improve power when coupled with tuning from the Accessport. Even when stock, the factory FMIC can be overwhelmed with heatsoak. Testing has proven the COBB intercooler to consistently provide up to 25% more efficient cooling compared to stock with minimal pressure drop despite the much larger core size.
The COBB 3" Focus RS Downpipe. This direct replacement for the factory downpipe features a 4.5" high flow GESi catalytic converter and 304 stainless steel tubing. The CNC Mandrel Bent tubing and 4" flex section ensures perfect OEM-like fitment. All of these features combine to provide a free flowing exhaust outlet for high energy exhaust gases to reduce turbo back pressure and increase turbo efficiency.
Our 3" Stainless Steel Dual Tip Cat-Back for the Ford Focus RS is a direct replacement cat-back exhaust that boasts full 304 stainless steel construction, custom inline resonator and muffler, and dual 4.5" double wall tips, resulting in a drone-free, unique exhaust note. The COBB exhaust also supplies the same OEM exhaust valve found in the stock cat-back. So no need to swap the valve over. Just plug and play.
The COBB Rear Motor Mount is the best way to minimize engine movement, improve traction, and reduce wheel hop without major impact to NVH. Typical bushing designs can rattle your teeth out at idle or during throttle input. The COBB RMM utilizes unique voids custom molded into the 85A durometer bushing to absorb vibrations, but still reduce engine movement to aid getting all the power to the ground.

COBB Adjustable Traction Control: Adjust target traction slip on the fly (Slots 1-8) and maximize tire grip to best suit given track conditions (wet/damp/dry/street/slip/burnout/etc). Note: Feature must be enabled in ECU calibration for use. (Fiesta ST, Focus ST, Focus RS & Mustang Only.)
COBB Flat Foot Shift (MT Only): Improve shift times and keep boost built during shifts. Flat Foot Shifting can hold engine RPM at a set RPM between 3000-8000 RPM during shifting. This feature is enabled in COBB OTS maps. (Fiesta ST, Focus ST, Focus RS & Mustang Only.)
COBB Launch Control: Adjust Launch Control on the fly with 6 pre-configured RPM slots to dial in launch based on track conditions and vehicle configuration. Enabled in OTS Maps and configurable within Accesstuner Pro. (Fiesta ST, Focus ST, Focus RS & Mustang Only.)
COBB Change Map Slot: Map switching allows for instant changes to several tables inside the vehicles calibration without having to re-flash the ECU! Each "Map Slot" is grouped into a folder found inside the Map Switching Features group. When a map slot is selected by the driver, the ECU will use the corresponding values as defined in each folder.
