FSWERKS Upper-Front Stress Bars
An upper-front stress bar is an essential bolt on for all street & competition Ford Focus cars. The bar's rigid design helps to reduce the roll and twist of the front sheet metal frame, and in doing so quickens steering response and improves turn-in. Construction consists of strong 14-gauge mandrel bent heavy wall 7/8" diameter steel tubing. The tubing is then welded to 1/8" laser cut steel mounting plates. Designed specifically around the constraints of US model cars, the bar requires no modification of surrounding components (ie: Brake booster, fuse box, air box) when used in conjunction with the 
FSWERKS Cool-Flo or the stock factory air box. Fits all SPI, Zetec, and SVT, Duratec 2.3L & 2.0L and also now available for 08 Coupe/Sedan. The FSWERKS upper-front stress bar is available in your choice of Chrome/Clear Powdercoated Finish or colored powdercoated finish.

FSWERKS Rear Stress Bars
Our rear stress bar's designed to minimize rear chassis flex under hard cornering, thus reducing under steer and improving stability. Construction consists of 16 gauge 1.5" diameter steel tubing and features tig welded ends. The bar's location taps into a three layer section of sheet metal for the strongest possible mounting point. After a quick installation you'll notice that you've retained over 90% of your trunk space! Legal for SCCA IMPROVED TOURING and STREET PREPARED classes. Available in powdercoated red, blue, or black as well as Chrome/Clear Powdercoated Finish. The rear stress bar only fits the Ford Focus ZX3/ZX5/SVT or Coupe/ Sedan, not the wagon.

FSWERKS Lower Front Stress Bars
This Stress Bar is a quick two-point bolt-on installation, which mounts to the front of the control arms. This bar is perfect for adding improved stability by reducing subframe flex. Made from 1 Inch heavy wall steel tubing, and and available in gloss black or chrome/clear powdercoated finish.
All bars backed by a LIFETIME warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship.
Installation Note:
The factory bolts which will secure the stress bar in place are designed to be used only once. However the original bolts can be reused a few times before new ones are needed.
Here are the torque specs -
New Bolts (Not included): 89ft lbs + 90 degrees
Reusing Stock Bolts: 120ft lbs
