Exedy Stage 1 Single Plate Organic Clutch Kits with Lightweight Flywheel
Exedy Racing clutches with organic friction materials use only premium friction materials that are resistant to slippage and burst. Increased clamp loads give the necessary capacity to handle modified engines.

This is the perfect choice for Cosworth Level 1 & Level 2 kits and also for Naturally Aspirated street and track cars. Even turbocharged cars can use this kit as we've tested it to hold at least 275 ft lbs of torque at the wheels consistently. All of this and the awesome drivability make this our number one choice for most applications. SFI Certified.

Note: In some cases the clutch may engage in a higher or lower pedal position than stock. It's crucial to clutch life and effective torque holding capabilities that excessive clutch slippage is avoided.

Exedy Stage 2 Cerametallic Clutch Kit

Exedy Stage 2 Single Plate Cerametallic Clutch Kit
Exedy Racing Cerametallic clutches are designed to handle the abuse of high power modified engines. The friction material can handle much more torque and power than the stock type disc assemblies without slipping and fading. There will be some chatter with these kits, but it's not excessive and well worth the compromise to be able to put the power to the wheels with high output applications. Also a great choice for our FSWERKS Stage 1 & Stage 2 turbo kits. The Stage 2 kit will hold at least 325 ft lbs of torque to the wheels. SFI Certified.

Note: There is a required 500 mile break-in period with the Exedy Stage 2 clutch.

Exedy Stage 3 Hyper Single Plate Clutch Kits with Lightweight Flywheel
The Hyper Single clutch is engineered to optimize performance for cars that are moderately modified, but do not require the capacity of a multi-plate clutch. Similar to Exedy's multi-plate clutches, it has a forged aluminum cover that is anodized purple. The aluminum cover is stiffer than a stamped cover and therefore allows a higher lever ratio to maintain the pedal efforts at a resonable level. There is no clamp load deflection as found in a pressed metal type cover. All Hyper Clutches come with a steel/chrome moly flywheel and a 6-puck cerametallic facing, and a spring center damper disc assembly. The Hyper Single kit is rated to hold 450ft lbs of torque at the wheels. SFI Certified.
